Had a very pleasant experience. Our salesman was Rob Dailey. I had emailed b/c I found the PERFECT car for me that I had been looking at. It was a bit above the price of the other 3 I was looking into but it did have a bit fewer miles and was the color I wanted. I told him straight forward the payments we were looking for, the amount I was looking to get for my trade-in car, etc. When I got there the next morning to see the car it was just brought in and was ready for me to look at. Most impressive he let me take the car overnight (we live 1 1/2-2 hours away) so I was able to get a nice extended test drive pretty much! My finance rate was well below what others had given me and payments were very close to where I wanted them. Experience was quick and painless and Rob was a great salesperson! My only complaint would have probably been the finance guy. The first time I went I spoke with one finance guy who took some of my downpayment and advised me my payments would be a certain amount. When we came in to wrap it all up the next night, that finance guy was not there and our new finance guy was nice but very blah personality. Come to find out the first guy put in NC tax rates and it made our payment $4.00 cheaper a month. So when we sat down and he explained the payment would be $4.00 higher I wasn't overly happy. Sure it's only $4.00 but I had already expected this one payment and last minute it changed. The downpayment amount was also entered incorrectly and thankfully I spotted it before signing the paper. When I mentioned that I wasn't too happy on being told one thing the day before and another when we sat down to sign papers, he literally shrugged his shoulders and just staired at us. No, "I'm sorry that you were told that" or "Let me get a manager in here to see what can be done", nothing. After a few minutes of just sitting there he finally ripped up the old papers with the old down-payment amount and printed out new papers with the actual down-payment amount I had agreed to the day before and plopped them in front of us to sign. We went ahead with it, but had it been $10 or over extra a month, we would have surely walked away. All around though it was still a better experience than other dealerships had given us and we are very satisfied with the car so far.
