The main reason I kept coming back to Capitol Ford was how well I was treated by Jason Griffith and the rest of the staff there. This has been the least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. This may sound silly, but I was never allowed to leave a dealership so easily before in my life. Working with Kevin Davis in Finance was a pleasure as well. You usually are "scared" going into the back room to "work the deal". But Kevin was friendly, professional and stayed focused on the dotted line. I researched the price they quoted me and it was inline with every other dealer. They did all they could to make this work for me. Bottom line was I loved the car (2013 Focus SE Hatchback), none of this would have mattered. I did visit 3 other Ford dealerships and kept coming back to Capitol. Thanks for remembering what good customer service is about.
